ABOUT US

Mount Sinai lodge No 8993 was consecrated on the 15th September 1981 under the auspices of the

United Grand Lodge of England (UGLE)

Mount Carmel Lodge 7983 merged with Mount Sinai lodge in 2006 and is a founding Lodge of the

Metropolitan Grand Lodge of London

We are GRAND PATRONS OF the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution,
and the holders of the Metropolitan Grand Masters Gold Award

for outstanding achievement for the
Metropolitan Masonic Charity (now the London Freemasons Charity)

and London Air Ambulance Award.

We hold four meetings a year at Freemasons Hall, Great Queen Street,
London, U.K.

Lodge meetings are held on the 3rd Monday in January, the 2nd Monday in March, the 1st Monday in June and the 4th Monday in October which is the installation of the Master Elect.

Mount Sinai lodge is a member of the Logic Ritual Association practisng Logic Working and is closely affiliated with Logic Club lodge 6269.


We have lodge members from the
UK,  France,  Italy,  Spain,  Romania,  Macedonia,  Turkey,  Israel and the
Principality of  Monaco.

The International Masonic connections of this lodge have been
inspired by one of our founders W. Bro Yasha Beresiner.    Bro Yasha
became Master of this lodge in 1983 and over the years has become an
eminent historian and lecturer in Freemasonry also writing many books
and papers on the subject.
